Pumpkin Spice Clean Eating Pot Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of steel cut oats
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Grease the slow cooker pot with butter.
  2. In the large bowl combine all ingredients, including steel cut oats, water, milk, maple syrup, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk evenly.
  3. Pour the mixture to a slow cooker, close the lid and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
