Morning Oatmeal with Dried Fruits

Prep time: 5 minutes, cook time: 8 hours, servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup dried berries
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup dried figs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup whole milk

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker pot. Stir well and pour in water.
  2. Close the lid and cook overnight on low for 8 hours.
  3. Serve in the morning and get valuable and healthy breakfast!
